Shipping

  • Orders in the continental United States over $49 qualify for FREE shipping!
  • We ship internationally! Please note that different countries are on different voltages. If your country is not on 110 Volts, you will need an adapter for power supplies to function properly. 
  • Orders will be shipped from our Bloomington, IN (College Mall) location. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (with the exception of holidays).
  • Packages weighing 16 ounces or under will usually be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Packages above 16 ounces will usually be shipped with either UPS Ground or USPS Priority. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping method.
  • If you place 2 separate orders to the same address, we will combine them unless you request otherwise.
  • Tracking # will be provided free of charge. Tracking will be emailed to the email address we have on file following the creation of a shipping label.
  • We can provide signature confirmation for an additional charge. Please choose this option at check-out. Once the tracking shows the package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost/stolen packages. If you have packages frequently get stolen, we recommend adding signature confirmation at check-out. 

Returns/Exchanges

  • We offer free 30 day returns for domestic orders. In the event you are not happy with an item, it stops functioning properly, or you change your mind, please reach out to us. In the rare event an item is defective, we can either repair it or exchange it for a working item.
  • We do not offer returns/exchanges for international orders.
  • We take return fraud very seriously. All consoles have their serial numbers recorded prior to shipment. If a different console is returned than the one we shipped, no refund will be issued and the console will not be shipped back. All consoles have a security sticker in an inconspicuous area covering at least one of their screws. A console must have the security sticker intact in order for the return to be accepted.
  • No returns on any Pokemon Cards. 

Extended Warranty

We offer an extended 90 days warranty on some accessories and an extended 6 month warranty on some consoles. To add a warranty, select "Yes" at check-out.

  • No Coverage from Loss: The extended warranty does not cover against lost or stolen items.
  • Accidental Damage from Handling: The extended warranty does not protect against drops, spills, misuse of the item and other accidents. The damage must have occurred unintentionally while the item was being used as intended.
  • Deductible: There is no deductible.
  • Repair/Replace: We will first try to repair. If unable to repair, we we will replace with similar item. All in a reasonable period of time. If no similar item is available, we will send refund. 

Mail-In Trades

Mail-In Trades are meant for people who live over 25 miles from a Game World store. Here's how the mail-in trade process works:

  • You send us pictures and a description of what you are interested in selling.
  • Using the pictures and descriptions as a guide, we compile a list of everything. We use the list to put together a no obligation, cash trade-in offer.
  • You decide. You can say yes to all of our offer, decide to trade a portion of your collection, or decide to hold on to everything. If you decide to trade a portion of your collection in, we will re-send the trade offer only with the selected items.
  • Once we receive an e-signature for our trade offer, we will send you a shipping label to use. We cover the cost of all shipping labels. After we calculate shipping charges, we reserve the right to revoke a trade offer.
  • Use our shipping label, and carefully package the items you are sending in. Game World is not responsible for any damage to your items during shipment. In the event an item gets damaged during shipment, the trade pay-out will be reduced accordingly. Once everything is packaged, you can drop it off at the nearest UPS store or schedule a pick-up!
  • Once we receive everything, we will begin our inspection/testing process. We will verify everything was sent and that it is in the condition described, we will test all hardware, and we will verify everything is authentic. Following the delivery of the items to our address, we have this process completed within 3 business days.
  • If everything is included, working, authentic, and in the condition described, we will process a pay-out to the payment method we have on file. We will process it to the payment method provided. Game World is not responsible if you provided the wrong payment address or if there is a typo in the address. Please verify your address is correct.
  • If there are any issues with the trade, we will contact you. In the event accessories are missing from a console, the pay-out will be adjust to reflect the missing accessories.
